Kenwyn Building Services was established in 2009. We are a small company based at Ty Croes Anglesey. Our services range from household maintenance to new builds.
Kenwyn Building Services is an approved damp proofing contractor underwritten by Palace Chemicals. We also are a member of Construction Line, providing services to the large and commercial businesses sector.
Kenwyn Building services specialise in small to large refurbishing projects ranging from:-

John Thomas
Construction Manager
John has been in in the building trade for over 30 years and has served with some of the largest construction companies in the UK. Starting his own business with Ray in 2009, John has seen the company go from strength to strength and relishes the various and challenging work that the business brings.
Ray Burnell
Co-manager & Project Manager
Ray has been in the building trade in various disciplines for over 25 years trained and working in various disciplines such plumbing, carpentry and brickwork.
David Boies
Building Worker
Kenwyn Building Services only employs local staff who have served relevant technical apprenticeships.
