My husband and I had Kenwyn Builders at our house to do three jobs and all three were done to a very high standard. The new concrete floor was an outstandingly good job with our long spirit level showing that the floor is perfectly level in all directions. Ray and John are very pleasant to deal with, always turn up when they say they will and work like mad ! We would not hesitate to recommend them and look forward to having them back at our house again for future projects.
Kenwyn have completed refurbishment works to our property which has included re-roofing of utility area, external rendering and dashing of some exterior walls, installation of a new window, re-tiling of bathroom and installation of all bathroom fittings including walk in shower and glass screen. Construction of porch to front of property.
All works have been completed to a high standard in a most competent and professional manner even when the weather conditions were proving difficult. Ray and John are completely honest and trustworthy, they always turned up when they said they would and completed all works within the agreed time scale. We would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Kenwyn Building Services have been very busy working on my garden last week and this week. I am very happy with the result. They've worked extremely hard and it shows. All three of the lads have been polite, punctual, professional and courteous. My little girl and I are so pleased with her new play area and my border collies now have their own outdoor space too. Thank you guys for such a good job. I would highly recommend.

Access Improvements
Our steeply sloping front garden posed problems for access to the house. Kenwyn Builders team negotiated with us to provide a much safer and convenient pathway, using steps and platforms with visually appealing raised planting beds. We are delighted with the completed work.
We would fully recommend them for their skills and expertise in tackling any building project.
New Kitchen
I recently had an new kitchen fitted by Ray and John and I am very happy with the results. Throughout the project they were very professional and were able to solve any problems that arose. They always left the site tidy.
I would not hesitate to use them on other projects and to recommend them to other.

Excellent work on bathroom
Ray removed the old shower cubicle which was far too small and replaced with a walk in shower / wet room and tiled all around. An amazing job and very happy.
Excellent local building firm
Ray and John recently renovated our downstairs bedroom, knocking through the exterior wall to fit bespoke patio doors and then adding an extended patio area in the garden. They were extremely professional throughout and really helpful with advice on the works. The job has been completed to the highest standard which we are delighted with and they kept great communication throughout. We would highly recommend Kenwyn builders to anyone!
